A family business with
a story
Touristram is more than just a transport company; it is a family story that has revolved around hospitality, experience and innovation for 35 years. Since its foundation in 1990 by Marc, and then a few years later with the support of Mee Ran, Touristram has grown into an established name in tourist transport and event mobility. Today, their son Benjamin is also involved in the business, together with a close-knit team of enthusiastic employees.
We proudly call ourselves a true family business: everyone contributes, from the drivers to the team behind the scenes. What drives us is not only a love of mobility, but above all the people: our passengers and our team. In addition to the Mee Ran family, Marc and Benjamin, there is a great group of drivers and employees who ensure that everything runs smoothly every day. Our link with the Het Klokske catering business also shows how we combine hospitality and experience. We want to convey that warm, personal character to our passengers too.
From Lier to Antwerp
Our first trip departed from Lier in 1990. We built more than 35 vehicles in our own workshop, recognisable as the typical Touristram cars. Over the years, they have made appearances in various Belgian cities, including Lier, Mechelen, Turnhout, Hasselt, Brussels, Antwerp, Tongeren, Liège and Spa.
We were also active outside these cities: you could encounter our vehicles anywhere in Belgium and even in the southern Netherlands, such as Maastricht. In the meantime, they found their way to numerous occasions: from open days and promotions to weddings and other events.

Today: a strong presence in Antwerp
At present, our focus is entirely on Antwerp. We have seven vehicles there, four of which are fully electric.

Sustainability & innovation
Touristram continuously invests in sustainable mobility. Four of our seven vehicles are already 100% electric. In this way, we contribute to environmentally friendly, quiet and pleasant travel in the city.
